What does the box look like?

A plain brown box. No logo, no product name, nothing on the outside. The label sender reads PP Retail.

What shows on my bank statement?

PP Retail. That's it.

How long does shipping take?

Every order ships tracked, and the tracking number is texted and emailed to you. Processing and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Can I return it?

For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of opened toys. If it stops working within 90 days, we replace it. Email us with your order number.

Is it body-safe?

Body-safe silicone or TPE, USB rechargeable where stated. Wash before first use with warm water and mild soap.

Who sees my information?

Nobody but us and the carrier. We don't sell data. 18+ only.
