How long is processing?
- Orders takes 3-4 Business days to process.
- Any purchase made after 5pm PST will begin processing on the next business day.
How long is shipping?
- US orders: 1-5 Business Days
- ALL GAWK 3000 ORDERS Will arrive in 4 to 13 business days due to high demand. We have automatically applied free shipping to all Gawk orders. Thank you for understanding! Fast shipping will be back for that item on September 5th.
- International Orders: 7-13 Business Days
How do I track my package?
- Copy and paste your tracking number on Aftership below
- The carrier is either UPS, AMAZON, USPS or 4PX.

Can I cancel my order?
- Once order is made, you have up to 24 hours to cancel before we begin the process to ship.
Can we return our product?
- We do not accept any returns
- All orders are final sale and due to sanitary reasons we are not receiving any returns.
