You send me an email that you fulfilled my order 60 days ago today, when I actually placed the order in August of 2023. I have never been able to get in touch with anyone in customer service since. Not through email, DM, site chat, nothing. There’s no phone number to call. My order magically ended up in transit Jan. 20, 2023 and has been stuck in transit in California for the last 60 days. However, I’m on the east coast. There has been no movement in the status. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. At this point this company is some sort of scam. So there’s the feedback you asked for.
